We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Bar Manager.

Duties to include-

Assist, report and be responsible to the manager and to take charge in their absence.

Stock rotation, ordering, implementation of all legal aspects of bar opening hours etc.

Supervise staff in manager’s absence and organise rotas.

Previous experience is necessary.

Weekend availability is essential.

Own transport is essential due to location.
