Membership is a 12 month contract. Members are committed to the full  annual fee, whether paid upfront or via monthly direct debit. Failure to pay the fees may result in suspension or termination of membership. The only changes to the contract will be through exceptional circumstances such as serious injury or illness. We are completely understanding and a simple confidential conversation with our General Manager is the first step in this instance.

• You can Change Silver to Gold membership at anytime.
• Any Gold category changes can take place on 1st March or 1st September only.
• If you do not feel able to commit to a 12 month membership we would strongly recommend you consider one of our flexible membership options.

Force majeure (events beyond our control) – The business/club shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by an event outside our reasonable control. Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: acts of God, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, riot, war. The business/club reserves the right to extend the membership period by the duration of the closure rather than offer cash refunds.

Limitation of liability – the business/club does not accept liability for damage or loss of property.

Termination of membership – the business, its managers and directors reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for breach of rules, including aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other members.
