On the 19th & 20th March we will have a busy 2 days in the clubhouse with a till system upgrade and the commissioning of the door access system into the changing rooms and disabled.  Please bear with us  because this upgrade means that all members will need a new membership card or fob.  The last time we had to go through a process like this was 23 years when the current cards were first issued.

The current magnetic stripe  membership card will become obsolete. As part of the upgrade it means that the tills will have contactless readers. As with any other contactless transaction you will just tap your membership card in the same way on the new readers.

The new cards/ fobs will  give access to the changing rooms, be used for your levy purchases and to check in for golf.

All we ask you to do is allow a little extra time when arriving at the golf club from 20th March, so that we can set your new card(s) or fob(s) up.

Don’t worry for any non members or societies a door entry code will be available from the shop or bar, on the bottom of a receipt.

All cards will be given out from the shop.  Please bear with us and apologies in advance for any delays. Once everything is set up and working, our daily security presence will finish.
