The bar has been closed for a week and a half now so that this area can be worked on. We have a temporary bar, with a slightly reduced bar menu, at the end of the Clee Room.
The bar has been stripped down to its shell with the new bar tops hopefully installed by the time you read this! Hopefully by the time of this being published in the newsletter, the brewery will have been in and started to install the new pipes and we will be closer to moving back in behind the bar.
The new lights have now been installed in the Malvern Room and fan removed. We think the new lights look lovely – make sure to check them out!
We will try and get the remaining work done as quickly as possible, hoping that by Friday we will be back behind our usual bar. Please bear with us and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Week commencing 25th November- The bar area floor will be screeded ready for the Karndean flooring to be laid. There may be a chance that at the end of that week that the carpet will be fitted, if not the carpet will be fitted on Monday 2nd December.
