Since September 1991 when Ombersley Golf Club began it has proven to be a magnet for golfers young and not so young, whether experienced or learning the game and seeking to gain a handicap. 

Since those early days the strength of the club membership has grown tremendously in all sections creating the vibrant daily club life which ladies, men, seniors & juniors alike all enjoy today. The club readily lends itself to anyone who wishes to join and be part of one of our friendly and welcoming sections.  

Organized golf extends from friendly golf evenings, Fun Days at weekends and clubnights for those who want to meet other members and to enjoy some golf right through the spectrum of more formal events. These include a wide range of the Club's own weekly and monthly medals and competitions through to inter club matches.  

A glance at either the Club handbook, members notice boards or online calendar illustrates the fact that we have an action packed year ahead featuring over 450 different events of all types. 

One key advantage we have is that our beautiful all weather course only closes due to bad weather for less than three days a year on average. This means there is little disruption to our calendar and play in general. 

Membership at Ombersley offers great value for money. The course is virtually always open for play and we're here to serve you during all daylight hours thereby giving you the greatest flexibility available anywhere.
